Welcome to our hotel in the name of my family and the whole staff.

This list will help you to get familiar with our hotel.

Allergic persons

Please contact the reception if you will need any special laundry or food because of your allergies.

Breakfast

From Monday till Friday we serve breakfast from 6.00 to 9.30 in our breakfast areas in the new building.

On Saturday and Sunday there will be breakfast served from 07.00 to 10.00.

Cold drinks

Cold drinks you will find in the restaurant. You can take them to the room as well.

Garage

We have a free car park next to our hotel. You may also hire a parking place in our garage 8 € per night.

Internet – Fax

In each room and in the lobby you will have access to the internet and at the reception you will find a fax machine. Please ask our friendly staff if you had any questions. PASSWORD:  LOEWEN1404

Latchkey

Your roomkey fits on the front door. Please take the latchkey with you if you plan to come back to the hotel later than 11pm.

Loundry and dry cleaning service

Please deposit your private laundry before 9am at the reception. We bring it to the laundry und you will get it back one day later.

Pharmacy

You will find a pharmacy next to the hotel 100m in mainstreet. If you have any questions please ask our friendly staff.

Pillows

We offer you a choice of different pillows. Please call our matron.

Playground

In our garden we have a children’s playground. Please take care of your children while they are playing.

Post

You will find your incoming post at the reception also note paper or postcards. We would be pleased to deliver your post if you leave it at the reception.

Roomservice

We offer different cold and warm drinks and also a choice of food which you will find in the room-service menu. We would be pleased to take your order while our restaurant is open. (3 € per order)

Smoking

Please do not smoke in our rooms. If you disregard this prohibition, you have to pay 200 € cleaning fee.  

Taxicab

We would be pleased to order a taxicab for you. Please call the reception.

Umbrellas

You can borrow umbrellas at the reception for free.(Please bring them back for other guests)

You will find an alarm clock in each room
